Important details
- Post times can still change on race day. Check the program before you wager.
- If your horse scratches (is withdrawn from the race), Win, Place, and Show wagers on that horse are refunded. In an Exacta, Trifecta, or Superfecta, combinations that include the scratched horse are refunded, and the rest of your ticket stays live. In multi-race wagers such as a Pick 4 or Pick 5, a scratched horse is usually replaced with the post-time favorite instead of being refunded.
- You can cancel a wager on a scratched horse before the race starts. Wager cancellations may not be available from 3 to 6 a.m. ET while the system switches to the next day's racing.
