You can find your account balance by selecting the "Balance" button on the Bet Now/main page, the mobile site, or the app. A $0.00 balance may appear during early morning tote system updates when wagering is unavailable. Funds cannot be transferred between wagering accounts; contact Player Services for questions.
Where can I find my account balance?
- Select the "Balance" button in the top right of the Bet Now/main page.
- On the mobile site, click the " balance " button on the bottom right side of the page .
- On the App, click the 3 bars on the left to view your balance
Why does my account balance show $0.00 sometimes?
You may see a $0.00 balance during early morning hours while our tote system is updating from one day's business to the next. Wagering is not available during this time. Once the tote system completes the update and wagering becomes available, your balance will be shown again.
Can I transfer funds from one wagering account to another?
Funds may not be transferred between accounts. Please contact Player Services should you have any questions regarding this policy.
