To reset your password in the iOS app, click "forgot password, reset here," enter your last name, date of birth, and last four digits of your SSN, then submit. An email will be sent to the address on file, which you can verify or update via Player Services.
From the iOS App:
- Click on the "forgot password, reset here" link under the password field on the main page.
- Complete the fields:
- last name
- date of birth
- last four digits of your social security number
- Click on the "Submit" button.
- An email will be sent to the email address you have on file. That email address is included in the next screen, so you may verify if we have the correct email address on file. If this is the incorrect email address, you can contact Player Services.
