What you need to know
- Accepted cards: Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards are accepted for online deposits.
- Fee: A $5 convenience fee applies to all card-not-present deposits, such as card deposits you make online.
- Bank fees: Most banks charge a cash advance fee on credit card transactions. Visa and Mastercard debit cards usually aren't charged this fee. Check with your bank for any fees it charges.
- Limits: You can make up to 9 card deposits per day. The minimum deposit is $1. The maximums are $1,000 per transaction, $3,000 per day, and $6,000 per week.
- Timing: If your bank approves the deposit, the funds post to your wagering account immediately and you'll get a confirmation email. If your bank declines it, you'll see an error message with instructions.
- Statement: Card deposits may appear as "KeenelandSelect" on your credit card or bank statement. Your bank may also label the charge as an online gaming transaction based on its merchant code.

How to make a card deposit by phone
To make a card deposit by phone, call Player Services and speak with a representative. Representatives can't add or update a card for you. If you need to use a new card or change your card information, update it yourself online first.
How to replace your card on file
- Go to the main deposit screen that shows all of your deposit options. If you don't see it, select the < arrow in the upper left corner.
- Find your credit card and its last four digits, then select Replace below it.
- Enter your new card information and complete a deposit.
Your new card replaces the old one after a successful deposit. Player Services representatives can't update your card for you.
If your card is declined
A message appears on the screen with the reason for the decline. The most common reasons are:
- Your bank restricts online wagering transactions. If a Visa card is declined, try a Mastercard or use a different deposit method, such as ACH Fast & Free Online Banking, which transfers funds from your bank account with no service fee. If we know your bank restricts these transactions, you'll see a message after you enter your card number.
- Your billing address doesn't match. The address on your wagering account fills in automatically. If your card's billing address is different, update the address fields to match it.
Important details
