Ensure your Android device is running version 14.0 or newer and iOS is 17.0 or newer for optimal app performance. Troubleshoot video issues by testing on Wi-Fi and data, clearing the app cache, restarting your device, or reinstalling the app. Find your OS version in device settings, and clear app cache via application storage options on both Android and iOS.
For all Android and IOS devices, make sure your OS is up to date and no software updates are pending. You can also try the following:
- Make sure your IOS is version 17.0 or newer, and Android is 14.0 or newer (older versions may not work as intended) (see below on how to find)
- Try the video on both Wi-Fi and Data. Make sure you can reach other sites.
- Clear the App cache (see below)
- Restart your device
- Uninstall and Reinstall the App
- To find what version of Android you have, this can vary by device. Usually it is located in settings under "about phone" or "about device"
